Analytical Research Core for Advanced Materials, Institute for Materials Research
We provide contract elemental analysis of metallic and inorganic materials and technical support related to transmission electron microscopy. The service is available to researchers and technicians from both inside and outside of Tohoku University.
Core Facility Center
The Center was established in 2021 to promote the enhancement of the research environment. The Center will establish a system to promote more advanced and efficient research than ever before by managing the maintenance of research facilities and devices and the experts that operate them as an integrated whole.

Center for Integrated NanoTechnology Support（CINTS）
CINTS is an interdisciplinary organization located in Office of Cooperative Research and Development, Tohoku University. It is closely linked to Nanotechnology Platform, Japan. CINTS offers a range of nanotechnology-related facilities in Tohoku University, covering MEMS, chemical syntheses, and structural characterization, to the researchers in academia and industries worldwide with a spirit of open innovation.
