| Topics | Tohoku University has been named one of three Designated National Universities in Japan on June 30, 2017 by the Japanese Government. As a Designated National University, Tohoku University initiates the World Leading Research Centers in four research fields; materials science, spintronics, next-generation medical care and disaster science. We thus will hold the joint kickoff symposium on the two research fields, Materials Science and Spintronics. |
