Research Field and Desired Researcher 

We are seeking researchers engaged in fundamental and applied research in the field of battery research and development, focusing on the design and control of structures through various phase transitions in alloys, oxides, and other materials to develop novel electrode materials with emerging physical properties.

Applicants should be highly motivated and enthusiastic about conducting experimental analyses using techniques such as electron microscopy, synchrotron radiation, and Raman spectroscopy, as well as computational approaches including molecular dynamics simulations and first-principles calculations.

Qualifications

Applicant must hold a PhD degree, or must be expected to receive a PhD degree before the employment.

Employment status

Full-time, Discretionary Working System for Professional Work, Non‐tenured: 7 years (possibility of extension up to 3 years after reappointment review)
