Tadashi Furuhara, Professor of the Microstructure Design of Structural Metallic Materials Research Laboratory at the Institute of Materials Research, has been granted the title of Honorary Professor by Tsinghua University in recognition of his outstanding academic achievements and social contributions in the field of metals, as well as for his long-standing engagement in international collaboration in materials science.
