In 2017, the Center for Innovation and Science in Spintronics has been established as a World Leading Research Center of Spintronics at Tohoku University with the aid of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) in Japan for further development of science and technology based on spintronics. Some IMR researchers have joined research activities of the Center.
Here the opportunity for a young researcher working on spintronics is offered to further enhance spintronics research activity in Tohoku University as Designated National University in Japan.
